Casting, a key step

François arrived at Leblon Delienne in 1994.
Starting from the prototype made by our sculptor, François and his team make the molds in which the resin is cast. Twenty-four hours pass for the mold to dry.
Depending on its size, the design of a part requires several molds. Each mold can be used 35 to 40 times.
The know-how of the molds is a key step in the creation of a sculpture. François and his team have a key role in the production process.
