From vacant lots to Parisian galleries, he has become one of the most important figures in urban art in France, recognized by his peers, institutions, and the art market. His transition to galleries has generated a lot of enthusiasm thanks to the unique and original mediums he uses.

Nasty has been an iconic figure in French graffiti since 1988. He made a name for himself by covering subway cars with colorful murals until the mid-90s.

His work has been part of numerous private and museum collections and has been exhibited since 1992 at the Magda Danysz Gallery, the Grand Palais, the Hôtel de Ville in Paris, the Hélène Bailly Gallery, and internationally in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing.
